In this project, my friend Mattews asked me to build him a bike that would be halfway between an MTB and a touring bike. Starting from his measurements and discussing every detail together, we created a bike with these features.

In the photo of the complete bicycle: The groupset installed is a Shimano XT 8100 1x12V with hydraulic hose routing. At the customer's request, the first part runs internally through the top tube, then exits and continues along the left seat stay to reach the brake caliper, positioned outside the rear triangle (as was done a few decades ago). The wheels were handmade by carefully selecting each component to offer a fully artisanal product, featuring DRC rims, custom Novatec hubs, and Sapim spokes.
